By the end, it was at about 0.6 of a second, without cache.  A large IFA website had a page load time of around 6 seconds, which has now been dropped to 1.9 seconds.  To share some stats of the sites i’ve improved today using the above methods i shaved 3.6 seconds off the load time of the codepotato site (still more work to be done to improve it).
