Today I put live the site i’ve been working on for a few months for Focused Financial Planning. This site is for a new financial services company and working together we ended up with the design shown above.
The site is built in WordPress and features a pretty nifty way of updating the homepage. It’s built to be flexible and easy to update, and given how little time it took for the guys at Focused to get up and running, it appears i’ve succeeded!
It features automatic submission into the search engines and time-saving techniques for generating the code that the search engines love. Another way of keeping things simple.
To keep things snappy, the site is setup to save (cache) pages for a certain amount of time. This is the same technique described in the post about Meaningful Money’s new website.
