What We Do
We always start by learning as much as you want to tell us about your business. Using our own work-flows, we extract the key information we need in order to help you the best we can. Once we’ve gathered that key information we’ll get cracking on some ideas of how your new site could appear. This is typically followed by several phases of changes and feedback until you’re 100% happy with how it would appear.
Once you’re 100% happy and a price has been agreed we’ll plough on and build your site in the most suitable platform for you. This is what sets us apart from other website partners in the industry. If a suitable platform already exists that could run your site, we will use it. If, however, your project is more advanced than the capabilities of existing services, we’ll simply create a bespoke web-app from scratch like we’ve done for many other clients.
How Long Does It Take?
Ultimately this depends on the project specifics but currently projects take anything from 4 to 8 weeks. We have helped a number of firms deliver a site in much less time so do tell us if your deadline is sooner.
What do you need from me?
Initially we would suggest a brief conversation either face-to-face or over the phone / skype to determine your requirements. Once we’ve assessed whether we’re the right partner for you, we’ll start our “fact-find” procedure, much like you would with your own clients.
From that point, it’s very much over to us to assess the answers provided in the fact-find stage and come back with suggestions as to how the site could look. We’ll need your feedback at this stage and once you’re happy with the suggested layouts we will start developing the site.
Once the site’s skeleton has been built, we’ll get you trained up on how it works and will leave you to populate the site with content. This is often the part that requires the most effort and time from our clients but it may be that you have content ready, perhaps from an old site or word documents that you’ve started work on.

There are a number of providers of off-the-shelf template websites in the industry, yet the main downfall of all the providers is the lack of flexibility and limited options from a design perspective.

Long gone are the days when bespoke, tailored website solutions would require you to remortgage your house to cover the fees involved! We go to great lengths to ensure that our pricing is accessible & fair to firms of all sizes.
For every project we embark over £500, we automatically split up the invoice into 25% chunks and invoice over four months. This lowers the barrier-to-entry for the smaller or more budget-conscious firms. We’ve been told on numerous occasions that this approach to billing suits practically every client and it’s not something we ever envisage changing.
Our fees start at £1700 for typical, feature-rich websites.
